All 777da players must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed with balances forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 777da account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for creation — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by 777da are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements will result in forfeiture of those funds.
The 777da platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 777da does not accept foreign currency deposits or make withdrawals in foreign currency.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and 777da. By completing the registration process on 777da.asia, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any posted update to these Terms, the Player irrevocably agrees to be bound by the current version of these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with 777da's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence except where the Privacy Policy grants greater protections to Player data.
2.3 777da reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered mobile number or email address on file. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age: The 777da platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active 777da Account. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
3.2 777da reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of the Player's Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Where satisfactory age verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified by 777da, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 777da does not contravene any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in their jurisdiction. 777da does not warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing 777da from a location where online gaming is restricted, you do so at your own legal risk.
3.4 The following categories of person are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining a 777da Account:
4.1 To access the full 777da platform, Players must register a personal Account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and the creation of a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on 777da at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether through the same device, the same mobile number, the same IP address, or separate devices — is strictly prohibited. 777da employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held therein will be forfeited.
4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials, including their mobile number, password, and any SMS OTP codes. 777da will never ask for a Player's password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any account activity conducted using correct login credentials is deemed to be authorised by the Account holder.
4.4 Players must notify 777da immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account by contacting support via live chat. 777da will investigate reported incidents on a reasonable efforts basis but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost due to a Player's failure to safeguard their own credentials.
777da reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any Account at any time. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request by 777da may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
5.1 777da accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 777da reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount on 777da is Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods are displayed within the Wallet section of the Player's Account at time of transaction.
5.3 Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited once the corresponding bank clearing is received by 777da's designated account, typically within 2–4 business hours during operational hours.
5.4 Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name and matching the mobile number or bank account on their 777da Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount to the originating account.
5.5 777da does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 777da accepts no liability.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of Real Money balances from their 777da Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and Section 7 (Bonuses). Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to the registered JazzCash/EasyPaisa number on the Account. 777da does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or unverified payment methods.
6.3 Standard processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:
6.4 777da reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request for the purpose of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players subject to a withdrawal delay will be notified via their registered mobile number or via live chat.
6.5 Where a Player's Account has been flagged for investigation, 777da may freeze the Account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Funds found to be the product of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be forfeited and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.
7.1 777da may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any additional specific terms published at the time the promotion is announced.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777da bonuses:
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structuring deposits and withdrawals to exploit promotional terms, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal play — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777da will cancel all bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse and may close the Account without notice.

8.2 The outcomes of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 777da are determined by certified RNG software that is independently audited on a periodic basis. 777da does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of 777da's knowledge based on studio-provided figures and independent audits.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an ambiguous or disputed outcome, 777da reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Wallet. 777da's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final.
8.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply on a per-game basis and are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may be voided or reduced to the applicable maximum at 777da's discretion.
9.1 The 777da sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), football, UFC/MMA, kabaddi, and other sports as available. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
9.2 All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is accepted by the 777da system. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system are the odds applicable to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.

9.4 The following circumstances may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned:

10.1 777da maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that compromises the fairness and integrity of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777da's aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 777da shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether 777da was advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3 777da does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network interruptions, and third-party service failures may periodically affect platform availability. 777da will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses caused by platform unavailability.
15.1 A Player may close their 777da Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard verification checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
15.2 777da reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where 777da has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
16.2 The version of these Terms that governs a Player's use of the platform is the version in force at the time of the relevant activity. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777da holds its operating licence. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the platform.
17.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly with 777da by contacting customer support via live chat. 777da will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within 30 days of the complaint being formally registered.
17.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 777da's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from 777da's customer support team upon request.
